JhyapJhup strives to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Returns and refunds are the rights guaranteed to Nepalese customers by Nepal's Consumer Protection Act.

Time Limit

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened packaged foods
  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat)
  • Frozen or chilled items that are not at proper temperature
  • Personal care products without proper sealing
  • Items that are not in the original condition

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • The sticker label on the product must be intact.
  • A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the items are delivered. Each delivery incurs us a delivery cost, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Our partner will pick up the item from your doorstep.

Step 3: Refund

After inspection, refund will be processed.

Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the return criteria. Repeated returns will be considered as abuse, and we will not process the return.

फिर्ता नीति (Return Policy)

हामी तपाईंको खरिद सन्तोषजनक होस् भन्ने चाहन्छौं, तर कहिलेकाहीँ सामान फिर्ता गर्नु पर्ने परिस्थिति आउन सक्छ । नेपालको ऐन-कानुन अनुसार पनि सबै ग्राहकले आफूले खरिद गरेको सामान फिर्ता गर्ने र रकम फिर्ता पाउने अधिकार पाएका छन् ।

सामान फिर्ता हुने अवस्थाहरू:

  • खराब भएको वस्तु पाएको अवस्थामा
  • बिग्रे काम नलाग्ने भएको सामान पाएको अवस्थामा
  • खरिद गरको भन्दा फरक वस्तु पाएको अवस्थामा
  • म्याद सकिएको वस्तु पाएको अवस्थामा
  • वस्तुको मुल्य, आकार वा विशेषता गलत भएको अवस्थामा

फिर्ता गर्ने समय सीमा:

डेलिभरी भएको २४ घण्टा भित्र फिर्ता प्रक्रिया सुरु गर्नु पर्छ ।

मन परिवर्तन:

डेलिभरी पछि मन परिवर्तन भएर सामान फिर्ता गर्न चाहनुभयो भने हामी फिर्ता गर्न सक्दैनौं । प्रत्येक डेलिभरीमा लागत लाग्ने भएकाले यस्तो अवस्थामा सामान फिर्ता वा साटफेर सम्भव छैन ।
