Jhyapjhup offers two services: (1) Dark Store - our own inventory with guaranteed delivery under 1 hour, and (2) Merchant Platform - where local businesses and Kirana Pasal can list their products. Note: Merchant orders may have longer delivery times as they depend on individual merchant capabilities.
Delivery from our Dark Store is guaranteed under 1 hour. For orders from merchant stores, delivery times vary depending on the merchant and your location. We don't guarantee quick delivery for merchant orders.
Jhyapjhup currently serves Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara, with plans to expand to more cities across Nepal. Check our app for service availability in your area.
You can order groceries, fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy products, snacks, beverages, household items, personal care products, and food from local restaurants through both our Dark Store and Merchant Platform.
Our Dark Store is our own warehouse with guaranteed delivery under 1 hour. The Merchant Platform allows local businesses to reach customers through our app, but delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on each merchant's capacity.
Yes! We welcome local merchants and Kirana Pasal (किराना पसल) to join our platform. Merchants can list their products and reach more customers across Kathmandu, Pokhara, and other areas we serve.

Once your order is placed, you can track it in real-time through the app or website. You'll receive updates at each stage of delivery.
